Most boot camps use minimal equipment. But iPower Fitness Bramton you are in smaller class so you get to use ALL the equipment. Making this class the pinnacle of boot camps!

We have classes every day, just choose your days and your amount of sessions and get your groove on!

Women’s only Yes. Women, just like you, looking to focus on yourself, have fun and get fit. Most franchised bootcamp is mixed men/women, another is female only

Equipment BOSU ball, stability ball, medicine ball, kettlebells, bands, dumbbells, steps, mats, resistant bands, skipping ropes etc. etc. and always adding more dynamic fun stuff!!! None or very little, you may have to lug your own light dumbbells, tubing and mat
Personal Training Lots of personal training and coaching. None, very large class, some instructors may not even be certified personal trainers or have little experience with one-on-one personal training
Program Dates On going, classes every evening! Set times, set end dates. Make up class allowed but you may have to go to another city to do a make up class!

Training Schedule, Cancellation and Missed Class Policy

Your exercise program is designed to give you results.

  • 12-session package should be completed within 6 weeks of your start date

  • 24 – session package should be completed within 3 months of your start date

  • 36 – session package should be completed within 5 months of your start date

This ensures that you are completing your training within a period of time in order to get results.  Client is required to schedule and reserve their workout dates in advance. All classes have a maximum limit and you should reserve your spot in advanced. Minimum 24 hour notice for cancellations/re-booking, your reservation; or full session rate will be charged. Re-booked sessions are subject to class or trainer availability. No shows will be charged full session rate.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds with exception of medical exemption from exercise longer than one year.. All sessions must be completed within program period.

Nutrition Guide and Exercise Policy:

The client understands that all nutrition and meal planning are to be used as guidelines and results will vary according to individual’s participation in overall exercise and nutrition. Client will tell trainer of any pain and has the right to refuse any exercise that may cause discomfort and is required to sign a health questionnaire and waiver. Client will tell trainer of any exceptional performance and satisfaction.
